• Project Data: Your projects, tasks, schedules, or any planning information
• Usage Data: How you use the app, which features you access, or when you use it
• Device Information: Device IDs, IP addresses, or browser fingerprints
• Location Data: GPS coordinates or location-based information
• Analytics: No Google Analytics, no tracking pixels, no usage metrics
• Cookies: No tracking cookies or persistent identifiers

2. How Time0 Works

Time0 is a local-first application:

• All computation happens directly on your device
• Data is stored in your device's local file system
• Settings and preferences are saved locally on your device
• HTML/PDF exports are generated locally and saved to your device
• No network requests are made to send your data anywhere

3. Data Storage

Where Your Data Lives

All Time0 data is stored exclusively on your device:

• Application Storage: Your projects and work items are stored in the app's private storage
• Settings Storage: Your preferences and app settings remain on your device
• File System: Exported HTML/PDFs and project files are saved to your chosen location

Data Persistence

• Data remains on your device until you delete it
• Uninstalling the app will remove all stored data
• We cannot recover deleted data because we never had access to it
• Regular backups through HTML/PDF or JSON export are recommended

4. Third-Party Services

Time0 uses minimal third-party services:

• HTML/PDF Generation: Built into the app for creating HTML/PDF exports. No external services are used.
• App Stores: Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and Mac App Store handle the purchase and download process according to their privacy policies, but they never receive your Time0 data.

5. Data Sharing

We don't share your data because we don't have your data:

• No data is sold to third parties
• No data is shared with partners
• No data is used for advertising
• No data is provided to governments or law enforcement (we couldn't even if asked)

6. Data Security

Your data security is inherent in our design:

• Data never travels over the internet to our servers
• No risk of server breaches affecting your data
• No passwords to be compromised
• Your device's security is your data's security

7. GDPR Compliance

Time0 is inherently GDPR compliant because:

• We don't process personal data
• We don't store personal data on our servers
• We don't transfer data
• You have complete control over your data
• You can delete all data at any time by uninstalling the app
• No consent is needed because no data is collected

8. CCPA Compliance

For California residents, Time0 complies with CCPA because:

• We don't collect personal information
• We don't sell personal information
• There's no data to request access to
• There's no data to request deletion of (it's already only on your device)

9. Children's Privacy

Time0 doesn't knowingly collect data from anyone, including children under 13, because we don't collect data at all. The app can be safely used by anyone without privacy concerns.

10. International Users

Time0 can be used from anywhere in the world with the same privacy guarantees. Since no data leaves your device, there are no international data transfers to worry about.

With Time0, you have complete rights over your data:

• Access: You can see all your data anytime (it's on your device)

• Deletion: You can delete any or all data anytime

• Check your device storage - all Time0 data is stored locally
• The app works completely offline after initial download
